Responsibilities
ধৈর্যশীল, ভদ্র ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে। কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলেও প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে। কাস্টমারের সঙ্গে বিনয়ী, সহানুভূতিশীল ও আন্তরিক আচরণ বজায় রাখতে হবে এবং সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলতে হবে। ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে।
Requirements & Skills
যোগ্যতা ও প্রয়োজনীয়তা:
*মার্জিত ভাষায় সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
*ধৈর্যশীল, ভদ্র ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।
*ক্লাষ্টমার সার্ভিসে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে (না থাকলেও প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে)
*ক্লাষ্টমারের সাথে বিনয়ী ও সহানুভূতিশীল আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
