• Daily Sales Target: 10 Sales
• Daily Calls: 280 Calls
• Onboard Calls: 150 Calls
🎁 Bonus after 6 months

✅ Requirements
• Age: 22 – 28 years
• Excellent written communication skills in Bengali and English
• Typing Speed: English 30 WPM, Bengali 25 WPM
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Time management skills
• Experience in Customer Support is preferred
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional support to customers via email, live chat, and social media
• Efficiently handle inbound calls
• Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction within deadlines
• Stay updated on products and processes
