Responsibilities
ফ্লেক্সো প্রিন্টিং ব্লক/প্লেট তৈরির সম্পূর্ণ প্রোডাকশন প্রসেসে কাজ করতে হবে। Semi-Automatic Machine ব্যবহার করে Plate Exposure, Washing, Drying/Heating এবং Finishing-এর কাজ করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত Job Order অনুযায়ী সঠিক প্লেট নির্বাচন ও মেশিনে সেট করতে হবে। তৈরি হওয়া ব্লকের Quality যাচাই করে পরবর্তী প্রসেস সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। কাজ শেষে প্রস্তুত ব্লক Delivery Section-এ পৌঁছে দিতে হবে। মেশিন ও কাজের স্থান নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সাধারণ Maintenance-এর কাজে সহযোগিতা করতে হবে। প্রতিদিনের Production Job ও কাজের Status সঠিকভাবে অনুসরণ করতে হবে। মেশিন ব্যবহারের সময় প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত Operating Procedure ও Safety Rules মেনে চলতে হবে।
Requirements & Skills
Semi-Automatic Machine পরিচালনা ও নতুন মেশিনের কাজ শেখার আগ্রহ ও সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। কম্পিউটারের Basic Operation জানতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কম্পিউটার/MES Software-এ Job Information দেখতে ও Update করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে। কাজের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতা, দায়িত্বশীলতা ও মনোযোগ থাকতে হবে। মাপ, সংখ্যা ও Job Specification বুঝে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। Production Team-এর অন্যান্য সদস্যদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করতে হবে। Flexo Plate/Printing Block তৈরি, Exposure, Washing, Heating বা সংশ্লিষ্ট Production Machine পরিচালনার পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। তবে অভিজ্ঞতা বাধ্যতামূলক নয়; নির্বাচিত নতুন কর্মীকে কাজ শেখানো হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
ন্যূনতম HSC বা সমমান পাস হতে হবে। Basic Computer Operation জানতে হবে। Flexo Plate/Printing Block Production-এর পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা বাধ্যতামূলক নয়। সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

You must have the interest and capability to operate Semi-Automatic Machines and quickly learn how to work with new machines. You need to know Basic Computer Operation and be able to view and update Job Information in computers/MES Software as needed. You must have the ability to work by correctly understanding Job Specifications, Plate Thickness, measurements, and quantities. You must select and process the correct Plates according to instructions. Be attentive, careful, responsible, and punctual in your work. You must have the mindset to work in coordination with the Production Team. Experience in making Flexo Plates/Printing Blocks, Exposure, Washing, Heating/Drying, or operating related Production Machines will be given priority. Experience is not mandatory; the selected new employee will be taught the necessary work.
