মার্কেটিংয়ে অভিজ্ঞতার সাথে কর্মী পরিচালনার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। কঠোর পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে, সময়ের প্রতি সচেতন থাকতে হবে।
