The egg-laying box is made of board and has provisions for attaching a latch. I have kept a pair of cockatiel birds in it for a long time.
There is a large plastic tray at the bottom. An ideal cage for keeping pigeons, cockatiels, conures, parrots, parakeets, or any bird.
