I have used this phone single-handedly for about 7 months. There are no issues with the phone, and it has never been opened. It has been used with great care. However, sadly, after updating to Android 15, the S Pen stopped working. Everything else is perfectly fine. It should be fixed when a new update arrives. I showed it to the Samsung customer care center, and they said the phone would need to be opened, so I didn't give it to them. It can be fixed for 3000 Taka, or you can just wait for the next update, which won't cost anything. You can see that my phone has never been opened.
