1. Major Function of Hr Requirement ( Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, HR operation, Total rewards, Training & Development)
2.Co ordinate Absenteeisem & turnover reduction process.
3.Handling disciplinary, grievances procedures, employee relation isse as per law.
4.Assist to prepare salary and others payment sheet ( over time, bonus, salary)
5. To prepare Department KPI or ACR. Performance Appraisal all employee.
6. To follow up the code of conduct coc as per buyer requirment.
7.co ordinate all Committee Meeting ( pc committee, safety committee, canteen committee, anti harassment committee).
8.Develop the workers Welfare, working hours, company policy, wages, disciplinary grievances, child care, dinning.
9.Developed & monitoring environmental issue of the company 10.To ensure Healthy workplace, safety, hygienic, welfare facility and environment.
11.Supervise & monitoring housekeeping, security, pest control etc.12.Any other task assigned by the management.
