Responsibilities
Responsible for selling products to customers, keeping merchandise neatly organized and properly displayed, and handling the overall responsibilities and daily operations of the store.
Requirements & Skills
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic internet browsing skills.Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a polite and humble manner of speaking, good management abilities, and a smart, professional attitude.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: SSC pass.
Minimum Experience

Neighborhood shop. Therefore, the shop will open at 6:30 AM and close at 11:30 PM. During this time, you will get 2/3 hours of rest time in intervals. You must have the mindset to work 7 days a week. Therefore, it is better if you are a local person or live in this area. You will get leave on a rotational basis for 1 Eid. You will get an Eid bonus of 50% of the basic on both Eids. You will get a 20% bonus in Baishakh. If you are dismissed for work dodging or any kind of dishonesty, a fine will be imposed and the running month's salary will be deducted.
