My room's General 1.5 Ton AC. I bought it in 2022 from a local shop after saving up money, as the price at Esquire was 110,000/-. It cost 75,000/- including fitting. This year, the outdoor pipe leaked once and the gas leaked out. After servicing, it is performing like brand new. Even on the top floor, I don't need to set the temperature below 27. There were many cheaper China-made ACs back then, but I had my heart set on General. Many people talk about inverter vs non-inverter or 3-star vs 5-star, but for me, this General model is a value-for-money AC. I don't know if this model is still available. Price is fixed at 40,000.
