The phone comes with a box. The display needs to be replaced, but you can easily use it as is for a year or two. There is a green line and the touch flickers occasionally. A child spilled water on the display, but I am using it without any issues. I showed the green line at Index Plaza, and they said it could be removed if taken to Dhaka. The green line is barely noticeable on my phone.
