Reason for renting: I wanted to sell the shop on May 1st, but since everything didn't go as planned, I am now looking to rent it out!
My home is in Narsingdi. When I decorated the shop and started the business, I was in Narsingdi, and the response was good. However, since I am now working as a high school teacher, I am stationed in the Barisal division. Our transfers haven't started, so I'm not sure how long I'll be here, which is why I want to rent the shop!

- You get a 103 sq ft shop (including road space). The shop's position is very good; it has shutters on two sides (North and East), no pillars inside the shop, and it gets plenty of light and air because it's open on the side. Beautiful environment.
- It is a corner shop, so it is visible from multiple roads. I personally decorated it with 100% high-quality materials, using mostly metal, as I didn't plan to sell or rent it at the time.
- As per the market committee's decision, half the rent will be charged initially. Later, the full rent will be charged as per the committee's decision.
- Original rent is 10,000 BDT, current rent is 5,000 BDT! As long as the committee's decision...
Currently, my younger brother is managing the shop! It is a running shop...

- Ask friends or somebody you trust to accompany you for viewing
- Look around the apartment to ensure it meets your expectations
- Don't pay beforehand if they won't let you move in immediately
