Responsibilities
Responsible for selling products to customers, communicating with customers, explaining product features and prices, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, maintaining good customer relationships, handling customer queries and complaints, preparing sales reports, following up with potential customers, and supporting the team to increase overall sales.
Requirements & Skills
Good communication and customer service skills, ability to communicate politely with customers, basic sales knowledge, target-oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure, teamwork skills, basic computer knowledge, punctuality, honesty, and willingness to learn.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum SSC or equivalent qualification from any recognized educational institution. Candidates with previous sales or customer service experience will be preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
