Responsibilities
নিজ এলাকা বা আশেপাশের পরিচিত মানুষ ও ক্রেতাদের কাছে Pure Pick-এর প্রিমিয়াম অর্গানিক পণ্যসমূহ (যেমন: খাঁটি সরিষার তেল, মধু ও মশলা) প্রচার ও বিক্রি করা।
নিজস্ব সুবিধা অনুযায়ী পার্ট-টাইম সময়ে ডিরেক্ট সেলস ও অ্যাফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং পরিচালনা করা।
ক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে অর্ডার নেওয়া এবং সঠিকভাবে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করা।
নির্ধারিত বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা (Sales Target) অর্জন করা।
Requirements & Skills
ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও মানুষের সাথে সহজে সম্পর্ক তৈরির ক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া বা সরাসরি যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে পণ্য বিক্রির কৌশল জানা থাকতে হবে।
সততা, কাজ করার মানসিকতা এবং নিজে উদ্যোগী হয়ে কাজ করার ইচ্ছা।
