Requirements & Skills
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline with a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing/business development.
OR
- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or client relations.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service-oriented corporate sectors will get preference.
Additional Job Requirements
- Smart, confident, and dynamic personality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bengali.
- Ability to handle field visits and client presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
