Worker recruitment in Azerbaijan

Perform concrete, masonry, plastering, and facade work. Read and follow construction plans and supervisor instructions. Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment. Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards. Keep the worksite clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading. Work effectively as part of a construction team. Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Experience in construction work is preferred but not mandatory. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor. Basic knowledge of concrete, masonry, plastering, or facade work. Ability to use common construction tools and equipment safely. Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Good teamwork and communication skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Minimum education: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent. Age: 18–45 years (subject to employer requirements). Good physical health and fitness for construction work. Basic English communication skills are an advantage. Relevant construction experience is preferred but not mandatory. Valid passport with sufficient validity. Ability to obtain a Lithuania work permit and meet employer/immigration requirements
