This BSMI Aneroid Sphygmomanometer is a manual blood pressure machine with an analog gauge, certified for quality and safety by Taiwan's Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, ensuring reliable blood pressure measurements. It works by an adjustable cuff that is placed over the brachial artery, inflated by a rubber bulb, and released by a valve.
