Back in 2006, I faced challenges while developing a community portal called 'Noakhali Web'. To overcome those challenges, I developed an application called 'E-News' and founded my company, Digital Development Foundation Ltd., in 2008. The primary purpose of the company was to provide backend support for my media ventures. Later, we worked on many projects both domestically and internationally. However, I never had any interest in work that required bribery, so I never attempted to take on or execute government projects. Despite this, I have managed the company with a strong reputation for nearly a decade and a half.
There are some nuances here; for instance, while company registrations with the word 'Foundation' were allowed back then, they are no longer permitted. Previously, one could set objectives freely, but now, only specific, consistent objectives are allowed. I took advantage of that opportunity at the time and set 82 business objectives, most of which are related to ICT and similar fields. There are other areas included as well, which would be impossible to replicate now, even with significant investment.
The company is a member of BASIS, BCS, and e-CAB.
I am sharing all this because I have recently faced some complex crises. Therefore, if I receive a good valuation, I am willing to sell either 100% or 50% ownership of 'Digital Development Foundation Ltd.'
I will relinquish my BASIS, BCS, and e-CAB memberships.
If anyone is interested, please contact me with a proposal.
