The item is just like new and very lightly used. I bought this item specifically for deed writing registration work, but I couldn't get the expected work done there, and hardly any photocopying or printing was done. I bought the original item from Mymensingh for 21 thousand taka. I have all the paperwork and everything necessary. You can check it for as long as you want, and if there are any issues, the money will be refunded. Currently, I am not doing that work anymore, so I am selling it.
