Alhamdulillah, for the first time in Bangladesh we are producing hexagonal biomass briquettes from 100% sawmills' sawdust. Its main feature is that since it has a hole in the middle, it burns evenly for a long time and its burning time and calorific value are much higher. Its ash content is less than 1%. The coil firewood available in the market is made from rice husk while ours is made from 100% sawdust. This sawdust briquette burns three times more than rice husk coil firewood and other briquettes, and its ash is very minimal, Below 1%. Its calorific value ranges from 4,500 kcal/kg to 5,000 kcal/kg. It burns continuously for 3.30 to 4 hours and generates very high heat which is very good for boilers. Using this will significantly reduce your production cost. 3 kg of rice husk coil firewood is equal to 1 kg of this.
