You can charge pencil batteries with this. It works for 1.5v or 1.2v small sizes, as well as larger ones. It also works for some 9v batteries. I have used it for 2 days. I also have 2 rechargeable batteries; you can take them for an extra charge if you want. I don't need it anymore, so I'm selling it. You can check it before buying.
