🔹 সুন্দর, স্পষ্ট ও শুদ্ধ উচ্চারণে কথা বলার দক্ষতা
🔹 কাস্টমারের সাথে ভদ্র ও সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলার সক্ষমতা
🔹 বেসিক কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে
🔹 টাইপিং স্কিল থাকতে হবে
🔹 দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও কর্মঠ হতে হবে
🔹 নতুন কিছু শেখার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
