I bought this laptop for my personal use, but due to my busy schedule, I haven't used it much. I still have the purchase memo for the laptop. This laptop supports up to 16GB of RAM; it originally had 8GB, but I removed 4GB. Currently, it is running very well with 4GB. The laptop has never been opened for repairs, nor has it been necessary. It has been providing great service since I bought it. I have used it for light Photoshop and video editing tasks. If anyone is interested, you can come in person to check and test it.
