Core Responsibilities
Identifying and Qualifying Leads: Finding potential customers (prospects) and determining if they actually have a need, budget, and authority to buy the product.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Handling Objections: Actively listening to a customer’s hesitations (whether about price, timing, or features) and addresses them directly and honestly without being pushy.
Closing Sales: Guiding the customer through the final purchasing decisions, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts or transactions.
Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently working toward individual and team sales quotas or goals set by management.
Reporting and Administration: Keeping track of sales pipelines, updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and providing regular progress reports to management.
