Responsibilities
1.Manage and maintain the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
2.Create engaging posts, captions, promotional content, and marketing materials.
3.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
4.Develop content related to the company’s products, packaging solutions, and services.
5.Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and campaign results.
6.Respond to customer inquiries and maintain regular communication through social media.
7.Research market trends, competitors, and new digital marketing opportunities.
8.Coordinate with the design and sales teams for promotional campaigns and content.
9.Support online promotion of the company’s products and services.
10.Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across digital platforms.
Requirements & Skills
1.Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
2.Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & social media management.
3.Experience in content creation and online promotion.
4.Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
5.Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies and audience engagement.
6.Basic knowledge of Canva/Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
7.Good communication, creativity & teamwork skills.
8.Printing/Packaging industry experience is preferred.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Digital Marketing course/certification will be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and promote the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, online promotion, and digital campaign management. Experience in the printing/packaging industry will be preferred. The position is full-time and on-site at our Ashulia, Dhaka facility.
