The laptop has no internal, performance, or lag issues and runs as smooth as brand new.
It was bought 2 years ago for study purposes but was used only for a few days, that too just for YouTube and social media. However, there are 2-3 slight scratches on the left side of the laptop, which are visible in the pictures provided here. Other than that, there are no issues and it has never required any servicing.
