It was bought new and used for office work for 6 months. There are no problems of any kind with the laptop. You will effortlessly get 3 to 3.5 hours of battery backup. It comes with the original charger. It is a running laptop, and to this day there has been no need to open it up for internal repairs. The processor is quite fast, durable, and stable; you can run it for long periods without any heating issues. It can easily handle moderately heavy tasks like Premiere Pro and Android Studio; you can also extend the storage and RAM if needed.
