The laptop is in excellent condition. It is a great choice for office work, online classes, programming, freelancing, and daily use.
Issues: 1) The speaker sound is not very good; you will need to use a sound box.
2) The Shift key on the keyboard was stuck, so I disconnected the internal keyboard and use an external one. You can reconnect it if you wish to use it.
Display, WiFi, and USB ports all work perfectly.
