📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | দায়িত্বসমূহ
🔹 শিক্ষার্থীদের নির্ধারিত বিষয়ে প্র্যাকটিক্যাল ক্লাস নেওয়া এবং যত্নসহকারে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা।
🔹 প্রতিদিন অফিস খোলার পর কম্পিউটার, টেবিল, চেয়ার ও ল্যাবের অন্যান্য সরঞ্জাম পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
🔹 ল্যাবের যেকোনো কম্পিউটার বা হার্ডওয়্যার সমস্যা শনাক্ত ও সমাধান করা এবং প্রয়োজনে দ্রুত কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
🔹 নতুন শিক্ষার্থীদের কাউন্সেলিং, ফরম পূরণ ও ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা।
🔹 বিভিন্ন Customer Service পরিচালনা করা, যেমন:

* 📄 Photocopy
* 📸 ছবি তোলা
* 🌐 Online Passport Application
* 💻 অন্যান্য অনলাইন/কম্পিউটার সার্ভিস
