Responsibilities
The Mechanic shall inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, mechanical equipment, and production systems to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, replacing defective parts, diagnosing mechanical faults, minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining service records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, assisting in the installation of new machinery, supporting production teams with technical issues, training local employees on basic maintenance procedures, and performing other mechanical duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements & Skills
Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while complying with company safety and quality standards.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in leather technology
