The bike is in excellent condition with no work needed; just buy and ride. Selling due to financial need. Ownership transfer is not possible, and doing so would be expensive; I will handle the paperwork if you cover the costs. There are no cases against the bike. Tax tokens are paid for 10 years, valid until 2035. I will provide a legal stamp paper. The original owner has passed away, but I have the stamp paper from them.
