A new motherboard circuit is installed inside the TV, and there is one issue: the cap inside the TV is damaged. Replacing the cap will make it run like new. If anyone is interested in buying, please contact me. I spoke with a TV repairman; it will cost around some money to fix. I bought an LED TV, so I didn't get it fixed.
