Executive, Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments for timely service delivery.

Gender: Male & Female Graduate from any recognized college or university. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–2 years of customer service experience will be an advantage. Must be a resident of Dhaka. Good communication skills in both English & Bangla. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Email Handling, and Internet Browsing.
