This laptop has been used for about a year. There are no issues with the laptop itself, except for one minor problem: the speaker sound is not clear. The laptop has never been opened, and I haven't serviced the speaker to keep it in its original intact condition. If you feel it needs servicing, that's no problem; the speaker can be serviced. You will get only the laptop and charger. You must come, check, and test it before buying. If you have a higher configuration laptop, I am open to exchange. After a full charge, it provides about two hours of battery backup at full brightness; if used at lower brightness, you can get over two and a half hours of backup.
