Responsibilities
গ্রাহকদের ফোন কল গ্রহণ করে পণ্য, মূল্য ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা। অনলাইন অর্ডার গ্রহণ, যাচাই ও নিশ্চিতকরণ করা। গ্রাহকদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন ও অভিযোগ পেশাদারভাবে সমাধান করা। অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারির সর্বশেষ অবস্থা সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের অবহিত করা। কাস্টমারদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা এবং প্রতিদিনের কল ও অর্ডারের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা। প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে অর্পিত দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।

গ্রাহকদের ফোন কল রিসিভ করে পণ্য ও অর্ডার সম্পর্কে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা। অনলাইন অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা এবং কাস্টমারদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা। গ্রাহকদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন, সমস্যা ও অভিযোগ সুন্দরভাবে সমাধান করা। অর্ডারের বর্তমান অবস্থা এবং ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত তথ্য জানানো। গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র, আন্তরিক ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা। প্রতিদিনের কল ও অর্ডারের তথ্য সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা এবং কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি বা সমমান পাস।
কম্পিউটার পরিচালনা ও বাংলা টাইপিংয়ে সাধারণ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা, দায়িত্বশীলতা এবং শেখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
Minimum Experience

Receive customer phone calls and provide necessary information regarding products, prices, and orders. Receive, verify, and confirm online orders. Professionally resolve various customer questions and complaints. Inform customers about the latest status of orders and delivery. Maintain regular communication with customers and preserve daily call and order data. Properly fulfill assigned responsibilities following company policies.
