Issue: Buds connect via Bluetooth fine, but no sound output on either side.
What's good:
- Battery health is excellent, close to brand new
- Buds hold 3–5 hours of playback per charge
- Charging case holds up to 3 days of backup charge
What's not working:
- No audio output despite successful connection
