- ন্যূনতম স্নাতক সম্পন্ন অথবা অধ্যয়নরত।
- রিয়েল এস্টেট, প্রপার্টি বা সেলস মার্কেটিংয়ে অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, বিক্রয় সক্ষমতা ও দায়িত্বশীল মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
- নারী ও পুরুষ উভয় প্রার্থী আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

## Salary & Commission
**1. Fixed Salary:** Monthly fixed salary structure up to BDT. Salary will be increased or adjusted based on sales targets and company policy.
**2. Commission-Based:** There is an opportunity to work on a separate commission basis for each successful share sale. This system will operate outside the fixed monthly salary structure.

- Khulna division will be given priority.
- Eligible candidates from outside Khulna division can also apply.
