I bought this laptop as a second-hand item about a year ago from a second-hand laptop showroom in Dhaka. The original charger, a mouse, and a bag will be provided with the laptop, along with the showroom memo which allows for lifetime free servicing. However, if any parts are needed, the cost of the parts must be covered by the buyer. The battery backup is good, and it has not been used for any heavy tasks. I am selling it because I need the money. There are no issues with the laptop and no scratches; I have barely used it since I bought it.
