Years in Operation

I am working as a Zonal Head in a private company. Due to having two other businesses and a lack of time, I have unwillingly decided to sell this restaurant. This is a great opportunity for those who want to start a restaurant business with a low capital. Where you have to give 2-3 lakh taka security to get a shop, you will get a completely running setup with almost that investment, and the monthly rent is only 3,000 taka. There are no standard restaurants within 2-3 kilometers around. Since there are 6 large rickshaw garages nearby, good customers come daily and regular sales happen. My wish was to expand the business further, but I cannot do it due to lack of time. I believe that if someone gives time and labor, they can achieve something much better from here. Interested parties please come in person to see and decide, I believe you will like it. Since the entire setup is ready, you can move to any place later.
