📌 Job Responsibilities: • ব্রেকিং নিউজ, শর্টস, রিলস ও ফুল নিউজ ভিডিও এডিট করা • YouTube ও Facebook-এর জন্য আকর্ষণীয় thumbnail, banner, poster ও social media graphics তৈরি করা • ভিডিওতে subtitle, lower third, intro/outro, transition, sound effect ও background music add করা • News package, interview, talk show ও promotional video edit করা • দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে breaking news content publish-ready করা • Channel branding অনুযায়ী design consistency বজায় রাখা • ভিডিওর color correction, audio sync ও basic sound cleanup করা • Content team-এর সাথে coordination করে deadline maintain করা • Trending design style ও video editing techniques সম্পর্কে updated থাকা
