* Must own a motorcycle or scooter (bicycle may be accepted in selected areas). * Valid driving licence (for motorcycle riders). * Android smartphone with internet access. * Good knowledge of roads in Sylhet. * Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly. * Able to work during lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Minimum qualification requirements * minimum age: 18 years * minimum education: ssc/o-level or equivalent (preferred, but not mandatory) * valid motorcycle driving licence (for motorcycle riders) * must own or have access to a motorcycle or scooter in good condition * android smartphone with internet access and gps * ability to read and communicate in bangla (basic english is an advantage) * good knowledge of roads and locations in sylhet * strong time management and customer service skills * no serious criminal record * physically fit to perform delivery duties
