• The charging case is lost, so only the two earbuds are being sold without the case.
• Once it dropped from the hand and the outer cover of the earbud came loose and opened. This has been fixed with super glue. The internal speaker/sound quality is completely fine, there are no issues — only the outer shell is closed with super glue.
