Reason for sell :
1. Yoga Mat :
This is the highest quality yoga mat (not gym mat) available in market. 13MM Thick. Problem is it is 6ft x 3ft it is large for my room. So i have barely used it. Technically fresh.
2. Pushup Board :
Bought for my wrist pain journey. Now i dont need it.
It is very solid and u can do all the variations of pushups for chest (Regular, Incline, Decline), Triceps (Diamond), Shoulder (Pike). Good for beginners with light body weight and home body weight workout.
3. Power Twister :
Its of 20 kg resistance. Good for beginners.
I prefered it for training forearms. Its too light for me now to work on. So currently of no use.
