Job Description
We are hiring an Office Administrator. Previous experience is not required, but you must have a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain all office accounts.
2. Operate necessary social media including Facebook and YouTube.
3. Full-time duty.
4. Manage office operations as needed.
5. Supervise staff.
6. Other duties.
Requirements:
1. Minimum SSC pass.
2. Must know the above and other necessary tasks.
3. Must be enterprising and attentive.
4. Must have a creative mind.
5. Basic computer knowledge required.
6. Must be articulate, presentable, and well-behaved.
7. Must have basic English proficiency.
8. Candidates currently employed elsewhere need not apply.
9. Office hours will be determined by the organization.
Salary & Leave:
1. Salary will be negotiable based on performance, qualifications, and experience.
2. Must reside in the organization's designated area or nearby.
3. 1 weekly holiday (excluding Friday/Saturday), subject to discussion.
