Responsibilities
1. Manage customer orders from different online sales channels.
2. Monitor order confirmation, processing, packaging, and dispatch.
3. Coordinate with courier partners and monitor delivery performance.
4. Handle returned orders (RTO) and delivery-related issues.
5. Maintain daily sales, cash flow, expense records, and basic accounting.
6. Prepare operational reports and support day-to-day commercial activities.
