Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Manage and supervise the sales team.
* Build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the reconditioned car industry.
* Strong knowledge of reconditioned cars, especially Japanese imported vehicles.
* Understanding of auction sheets, vehicle grades, mileage, accident history, and vehicle inspection.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Knowledge of the Bangladesh reconditioned car market and current pricing trends.
* Ability to generate leads, manage customer follow-ups, and achieve sales targets.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Knowledge of Facebook marketing and online automotive marketplaces will be an advantage.
* Professional attitude, honesty, customer-focused mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum : Hsc
Automobile industry knowledge.
Enough knowledge in reconditioned car .
