Responsibilities
অনলাইন শপ/পেইজের মেসেজ ও কমেন্টের দ্রুত ও সঠিক রিপ্লাই দেওয়া।
কাস্টমারদের সাথে ফোনে কথা বলে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা।
হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ (WhatsApp) মেসেজ এবং কল ম্যানেজ করা।
Requirements & Skills
কম্পিউটার অথবা ল্যাপটপ চালানো বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে জানতে হবে।
ডাটা এন্ট্রি, এফ-কমার্স (F-Commerce) বা ই-কমার্স সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, ডেলিভারি পার্সন (Delivery Boy) এবং কাস্টমারের পার্সেল ডেলিভারি প্রসেস সম্পর্কে অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

At Noor Exclusive online fashion brand, a limited number of energetic and hardworking male workers will be recruited urgently for the position of Customer Service Manager. Must work fully in the office (no remote or work from home opportunity).
In addition to regular order confirmation, special commission is provided on extra push sales.
Bonuses or incentives are provided on completing push sales targets.
Duty and Working Hours
Duty: 5 hours daily (1 day weekly off - according to roster).
Shift:
10:00 AM - 03:00 PM
03:00 PM - 08:00 PM
06:00 PM - 11:00 PM
