Responsibilities
নির্ধারিত এলাকায় Customer ও সম্ভাব্য Customer খোঁজা।
বাসাবাড়ি, দোকান ও প্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগাযোগ করে Service-এর প্রয়োজন শনাক্ত করা।
Lead সংগ্রহ, তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও নিয়মিত Follow-up করা।
Service Inquiry ও Booking সংগ্রহে কাজ করা।
নতুন Customer তৈরি করা।
স্থানীয় ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে সম্পর্ক তৈরি করা।
Customer Feedback সংগ্রহ করে অফিসে জানানো।
দৈনিক কাজ, Lead, Follow-up ও Booking-এর রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
নির্ধারিত Area Plan, Target ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম অনুসরণ করা।

মানুষের সাথে কথা বলা ও যোগাযোগে দক্ষতা। মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ ও Target অনুযায়ী কাজ করার সক্ষমতা। Google Forms ও Google Sheets-এর বেসিক ব্যবহার জানা। স্মার্টফোন, WhatsApp ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা। স্থানীয় এলাকা সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
Minimum Qualification Requirements

Minimum Experience

A Field Officer will be appointed for customer service. Responsibilities include contacting customers and potential customers in designated areas, collecting leads, follow-ups, service inquiries and booking creation, customer referrals, and building relationships with local partner shops/businesses. Daily field activities and reports must be submitted to the office. Candidates must have a mindset for fieldwork, good communication skills, and basic skills in using Google Forms, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and smartphones.
