ফার্মের সকল কাজ নিজ দায়িত্বে করতে হবে গরু দান করা গোসল করানো ঘাস কাটা এগুলো ভালোভাবে জানতে হবে এবং মালিকের কথা ভালোভাবে মান্য করতে হবে. মমতাজ ভালোমতো করলে বেতন করার সমস্যা না ভালো আকর্ষণের বেতন দেওয়া হবে কাজ ভালোভাবে করতে হবে এবং কাজ করার মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
