This is a Dewalt brand (made in U.S.A) drill machine. You can use it to drill through any type of metal sheet, iron, rail line, wood, board, or aluminum, no matter how thick or hard. Everything inside is original. It has a gear system (VSR) that allows you to switch between high and low speeds. It cannot be used for continuous wall or concrete drilling, but you can do four or five holes occasionally. Note that this is not a hammer drill. Price is fixed. No bargaining.
