বিকাশ মার্চেন্ট পেমেন্ট একাউন্ট গুলো মার্চেন্ট পয়েন্টে ঠিক ঠাক ভাবে চলছে কিনা, তাদের একাউন্টে কোনো সমস্যা আছে কিনা, মার্চেন্ট পয়েন্টে গিয়ে তাদের সার্ভিস দেওয়া, প্রতি মাসে নতুন একাউন্ট করতে হবে মার্কেট থেকে, মার্চেন্টদের নতুন নতুন ক্যাম্পেইন সম্পর্কে অবগত করতে হবে ইত্যাদি।

মার্কেটিং কাজ করার মন-মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে, পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে, মাসিক টার্গেট অনুযায়ী এচিভমেন্ট করতে হবে।

You must be present at the office every day at 09:00 AM. After the morning briefing, you must go out for market visits. You need to visit 25 to 30 Bkash merchant points daily, resolve any issues they (Bkash merchants) may have, and simultaneously look for new accounts to open. At the end of the day, you must share a report with the supervisor.
